sleep

It’s amazing what a good nights sleep can do for the body and mind.  I got a pretty decent nights sleep and I feel tip top compared to yesterday.  I didn’t feel hungover or dopey in the least, even my mood is better.  I was feeling pretty down yesterday and I was fearful that I was slipping into an old pattern.  Thankfully I pulled out of it.  Mare was talking with me last night about going on an adventure and I am super ready for one.  I have had the travel bug for a while now and I am wanting to go somewhere new.  She was thinking about going to Madison, WI to visit her friend Tina.  I’ve never been to Wisconsin and it sounds like a fun idea.  Of course I’d have to get online and check out where the local meetings are so that I can get to one or two.
